Also known as the “Jewel of the East,” the first commercial run of the Tamur River was in 1990 and there were very few descents thereafter. Then in November of 1991, UDN ran an expedition down this river and proved to ourselves that all we had heard about it being an “exceptional trip” was right; and we have been offering it to our guests ever since.
