With years of expertise navigating Nepal’s wild rivers, we ensure every trip is both exciting and secure.
Established in 1991, Ultimate Descents Nepal’s guides have over 50 years of combined experience leading people down not only the rivers of Nepal but also many other rivers around the world, including Japan, USA, Iceland and Turkey.
Being so long established, this means we always have your safety as our number one priority. This can be seen in the training and qualifications of all of our guides as well as the quality of our equipment and how we run the trips.
- Guides trained in SRT (Swiftwater Rescue Technique)
- Guides trained to Rescue 3 WRT (Whitewater Rescue Technicians) Certification
- Guides licensed through IRF (International Rafting Federation)
